From the outstanding 2018 in Alto Piemonte. 100% nebbiolo zero dosage sparkling from the volcanic soils of the hills in Gattinara. 

Very chalky with lots of mineral talc notes, high salinity with estuarine like notes & very complex nose of red fruit & citrus notes. Tangerine & pink grapefruit notes it's very long and considerably tighter & drier than its stablemate 3 gram dosage classico.
