2016 LOS ENOLOZ CRIANZA GARNACHA RED WINE

Made from ancient dry grown bush vines of  Garnacha only found in small pockets of high Northern plateau of Spain. A ripe, concentrated and intense blackberry fruit flavour with hints of mocha. Also, offers hints of toasted spices. Soft and delicate tannins lead to a long and layered finish. 

 The grapes were fermented in "foudres" small wooden tanks, and undertaken  malolactic fermentation in new french oak, then aged on fine lees for nine months.
