2016 JJ Prum Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett 375ml
Characteristic Prüm smoky wild-ferment and apparently reductive aromas. Then on the palate, really pretty and peachy with fabulous acid structure though the fruit clothes it most elegantly. Ripe but perfectly balanced. Precise and persistent. (JH)
