From Triassic clay soils.  Aged in old wood for 6 years not topped up, 3 of those years under flor. Then further bottle ageing before release – magic stuff with an eternal cellaring life.

100% Savagnin. Grippy & tart with fino like scents giving way to savoury walnut flavoured finish.  This is truly classic Vin Jaune & one of the most compelling examples we have ever tasted.
