2016 Giacomo Boveri Derthona ‘Lacrime del Bricco’ Magnum 1500ml
Single vineyard 100% Timorasso from Tortona.
If the ‘Muntà l’è Ruma’ is the white burgundy from Boveri then is sibling from Chablis. It’s bursting with lemon citrus notes and a touch spearmint on the nose, closing with savoury briney mineral notes.
Sealed under screwcap closure. Grown on white tortonian marl - raised in stainless steel, left on lees for twelve months and aged in bottle for six months before release.
