A perfumed and expressive combination of red and dark currant, plum, earth and violet aromas marries into rich, seductive and concentrated medium-bodied flavors that brim with dry extract that does an excellent job of buffering the otherwise firm tannic spine on the mouth coating and highly complex finish. This too possesses a caressing mouth feel with that extra dimension that the finest examples of Epenots always seem to deliver.
