This is a still red wine.

Certified organic Chamery Premier Cru fruit - 100% Pinot Noir. 50% de-stemmed by hand, then the grapes were macerated for 3 weeks. This version was aged in old 300L amphora for 11 months. Not fined or filtered, and zero sulfites added at any stage. 11.5% alc.
