Valloni's flagship wine, the old vine Boca from a superb growing season.  A single vineyard bottling with the average vine age of 50 years from the mineral rich volcanic soils of Boca (Alto Piemonte).  A modest ABV of just 13%.

Autumnal & undergrowth nose punctuated by graphite and other spices.  The palate is a mix of red berry fruit along with ferrous & bloody notes.
